Express shipping is now available for Australia and New Zealand through our official courier partner, FedEx, at a rate close to Standard Shipping. We are working hard to get this cost down further and will update this section accordingly.

Express shipping is now available for the US, UK, and Europe through our official courier partners, FedEx, at a lower rate compared to Standard Shipping. Consequently, we no longer offer Standard shipping to the US, UK, and EU due to longer transit times, increased costs, and a heightened risk of parcel damage. We are working hard to get this cost down further and will update this section accordingly.

Upon placing an order with Atmosphere, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing tracking information, which can also be accessed through your Atmosphere Account. In the event that you have not created an account, you may easily do so with the email address used to place the order by following this link.
Please note that we process and ship all orders Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Additionally, kindly be aware that it may take up to 2 business days for shipping activity to be updated on the shipper's tracking site after the initial receipt of the Shipping Confirmation email.
Typically, the processing time for an order is up to 1-2 business days, and you can anticipate receiving a Shipping Confirmation email within 2 business days after placing an order. To ensure that you don't miss any important updates, please check your spam or junk mailbox regularly.
Once your order has left our warehouse, the delivery time may vary depending on your country of residence and the shipping method you have selected. There are a few common reasons why this might happen:
1. In some cases, an order may be automatically marked as "Delivered" prematurely by the Courier’s system if it arrives near the delivery area. If this happens, please allow a day or two for the order to reach you.
2. Your order may have been delivered while you were not at home. In this situation, we recommend checking with your family members, co-tenants, neighbors, or around your house to see if it was left unnoticed in a safe spot.

Whilst an Estimated Delivery Time can provide an approximate indication of when your order will arrive, it is important to note that unforeseen variables may cause actual delivery times to differ slightly from this estimate.
In the unlikely event that your order encounters a delay beyond the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you allow an additional time of up to 3 days before reporting the order as missing. Once your order has begun processing, we cannot recall or modify the shipping address. If you have not received a Shipping Confirmation email, your order is still in processing, and changes to the shipping address might be possible. The typical processing time for an order is up to three working days, with an additional one to two days during peak periods such as the holiday season. We understand that changes in circumstances may sometimes arise, however, once an order has been processed and a Shipping Confirmation email has been sent, we are unable to recall or make a cancellation on your order.
