  • Due to courier limitations and customs restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following locations:

    Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Guinea-Bissau, India, Iran, Johnston Island, Kiribati, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, North Korea, Russia, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, São Tomé and Príncipe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Wake Island, and Yemen.

    At this time, we do not offer delivery to PO boxes in any country.

¹ Courier will be selected automatically based on the fastest available option at the time of order. Delivery to Singapore addresses is handled via Atmosphere Priority or Speedpost. Hotel Concierge Priority Delivery is complimentary for orders with a minimum threshold of SGD 50. Same-day delivery to hotel suites in Singapore is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM daily; otherwise, delivery will be scheduled for the next working day. Cash On Delivery is not supported.


Update on U.S. Import Tariffs

In early 2025, new U.S. import tariffs were introduced on goods entering the United States. For orders placed up to and including 5 June 2026, any applicable tariffs were collected directly by U.S. Customs, and paid directly by the customer, independent of Atmosphere. From 6 June 2026 onwards, we are pleased to absorb all applicable U.S. import tariffs on your behalf. Orders shipped to the United States will arrive without any additional tariff charges.

  • No. At this time, we do not offer shipping to PO boxes in any country.

  • Upon placing an order with Atmosphere, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing tracking information, which can also be accessed through your Atmosphere Account. In the event that you have not created an account, you may easily do so with the email address used to place the order by following this link.

    Please note that we process and ship all orders Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Additionally, kindly be aware that it may take up to 2 business days for shipping activity to be updated on the shipper's tracking site after the initial receipt of the Shipping Confirmation email.

  • Typically, the processing time for an order is up to 1-2 business days, and you can anticipate receiving a Shipping Confirmation email within 2 business days after placing an order. To ensure that you don't miss any important updates, please check your spam or junk mailbox regularly.

    Once your order has left our warehouse, the delivery time may vary depending on your country of residence and the shipping method you have selected. For more detailed information on shipping times, please refer to the dedicated section for your country on this page (located above this FAQ section). In case you require a more accurate estimate for your order, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.

  • There are a few common reasons why this might happen:

    1. In some cases, an order may be automatically marked as "Delivered" prematurely by the Courier’s system if it arrives near the delivery area. If this happens, please allow a day or two for the order to reach you.

    2. Your order may have been delivered while you were not at home. In this situation, we recommend checking with your family members, co-tenants, neighbors, or around your house to see if it was left unnoticed in a safe spot.

  • Whilst an Estimated Delivery Time can provide an approximate indication of when your order will arrive, it is important to note that unforeseen variables may cause actual delivery times to differ slightly from this estimate.

    In the unlikely event that your order encounters a delay beyond the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you allow an additional time of up to 3 days before reporting the order as missing.   • Once your order has begun processing, we cannot recall or modify the shipping address. If you have not received a Shipping Confirmation email, your order is still in processing, and changes to the shipping address might be possible.     In the event that your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you via your provided email address.

  • Certainly, you have the option to send your order to a different address from your usual one. At Atmosphere, we understand the importance of sharing our incense as gifts to your loved ones, and we fully support this gesture.

  • The typical processing time for an order is up to three working days, with an additional one to two days during peak periods such as the holiday season. Once your order is processed, you can expect to receive a Shipping Confirmation from us. We kindly advise that you also check your spam or junk inbox, as our confirmation email may be inadvertently filtered by your email service provider.

  • Regrettably, self-pickup is not currently available. However, our team is diligently working to introduce this option in the near future. Please stay connected with us through our newsletter or social media channels to receive updates on when this service will be available in your region.

  • We understand that changes in circumstances may sometimes arise, however, once an order has been processed and a Shipping Confirmation email has been sent, we are unable to recall or make a cancellation on your order. 

    We recommend that you wait for your order to arrive and utilize our "Change of Mind" Return Policy by initiating a return within 14 days of receipt.
