You are not required to create an account to make your purchase at Atmosphere.
While creating an account is not mandatory, we highly recommend doing so for an enhanced shopping experience. With a profile at Atmosphere, you can save your personal details, store multiple delivery addresses, view past orders, and receive exclusive invitations to Atmosphere events as well as latest updates about new products and brands.

You can also add more than one delivery address in the same way.

After placing your order and making the payment, you will receive an order confirmation email within 2-4 hours. Do remember to check your spam/junk mail as our mails may sometimes land there.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email.

The security of our customers' personal and credit card information is paramount to Atmosphere. We ensure that your personally identifiable information is kept secure during your online transactions. We do not see or keep your credit card information.
Our website is also encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates, which creates a secure transaction area in which to enter your payment information. You can be sure that you have entered a secure area as a small padlock symbol will appear in the address bar of your browser.

PayPal and Google Pay lets you pay for your order with a PayPal and Google Pay account respectively, instead of entering your credit/debit card details at the checkout, keeping your card details private and more secure.
In both cases, you will need to first create an account with PayPal or Google Pay. If you had selected either of these 2 payment options at the checkout page, a pop-up window will appear, which will allow you to enter your PayPal or GooglePay login details. You will then be asked to authorise the transaction.
Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive your confirmation email and order number.
